Karen Evenson

Karen Evenson's professional career includes management consulting, teaching, motivational speaking, marketing, radio broadcasting, writing, executive coaching, and designing and developing educational materials. Her areas of expertise are Leadership, Creativity, Team Building, and Collaborative Problem Solving.

For the last twenty years Karen has been the owner and director of Katherine Michael Associates, a consulting company specializing in programs on creative and effective leadership. She has worked globally with private and public organizations. 

Her clients have come from diverse industries in addition to state and federal government agencies.

Karen is MBTI qualified; TMS accredited; PDI Profilor, KAI (advanced practitioner), The 7 Habits for Highly Effective People - Signature Program, The 7 Habits Maximizer, and The 7 Habits for Managers certified . She is also certified in and Hogan Personality Inventory, Development Survey, and Motivations, Values, and Preferences Inventory. 

Her publications include various newspaper and magazine articles. She is the author of Redefining F.E.A.R., Maximizing Limited Resources with Unlimited Ideas©. She is co-author of Don't Step on the Ducks (http://dontstepontheducks.com).

 

Larry Kammien

Larry holds a Master's in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership. With over 25 years experience in corporate business, his expertise includes executive coaching, leadership and organization development, design and delivery of training solutions, strategic planning, corporate consulting and facilitation, team building, employee engagement and satisfaction instruments, a broad range of human resource functions, and marketing. His experience spans both domestic and international opportunities.

 

For several years, Larry was president of a training services company, MultiMark Services, Inc. The company provided development solutions for leaders and individual contributors of client organizations.

 

Larry is an adjunct Assistant Professor at Webster University in Saint Louis. He is MBTI qualified; PDI Profilor certified; Insights into Personal Effectiveness accredited; Insights Transformational Leadership certified; and Hogan Personality Inventory, Development Survey, and Motivations, Values, and Preferences Inventory certified. He is also co-author of Don't Step on the Ducks (http://dontstepontheducks.com).

 

Larry and Karen have merged their talents to form Leadership & Organization Solutions, LLC.  The partnership leverages their combined 50 years of comprehensive corporate and small business experience.  LOS focuses on leadership and organization development through management consulting and strategic planning, designing and administering HR instruments including employee surveys, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, giving motivational speeches, as well as designing, developing and delivering corporate training materials.
